Ggg doesnt care who he fights for the title. Fighting canelo means nothing more than the belt. No reason to move anywhere.

How are some of you so stuck on hate that you dont hear team ggg, titles, not names os what they're after

You say this when Canelo is fighting a Glass Jawed welterweight at a 155 pound 'catchweight'?:rofl:patsch

That is the very definition of handpicking.

 Canelo & O$CAR are trying to avoid meeting GGG and will do anything possible to delay the MANDATORY BOUT.

:D This fight would draw a huge number of fans... so maxing revenue isn't an issue.

Canelo LOSING the belt... is !!!

    ;)

That brings us to the point #1. I agree that WBC have very strong relationship with Golden Boy/Mexicans, but nothing is without an end, and in an event when you pick between continuing the mentioned relationship and abolishing it for a moment for the sake of saving your own skin, you are going to choose the second option.

I am certain that if faced with a possible threat, WBC will do what's best for themselves and not Golden Boy.

And in this case, that threat would be K2 filling a lawsuit against WBC in the scenario where Golovkin activates his mandatory position and WBC doesn't give him the title shot.

However, I don't believe that such scenario will occur if Golovkin continues to stubbornly pursue the WBC title. In that case, I see the WBC simply handling him the belt (or making him fight a next guy in line for it) and stripping Canelo (or making him champ in recess/emeritus).

He obviously wants to wait until Golovkin does something like getting old and blowing his knee out ala Sergio Martinez. Guy has no cojones at all. Absolutely shameful. So stop with the lip service already, ok you little red chicken?
