no one is making excuses, and by the way canelos word is more credible than floyds or ellerbes... specially after going on record and bashing pac for his catchweights.. floyd keeps doing this to him self, like in the marquez fight..
anyways you wont answer my question, how old was canelo when he asked for 150???

You're criticizing Mayweather yet praising Pacquiao for the same things you dummy. You want Mayweather to fight Golovkin and Martinez, he's some facts for you.

    FM 5'8" 72"
    MP 5'6" 67"
    GG 5'11" 70"
    SM 5'10" 73"

Now look DUMMY. You say Pacquiao is so small and Mayweather should be fighting at 160. Pacquiao is 2" shorter than Floyd, Floyd is 2" shorter than Sergio Martinez and 3" shorter than Golovkin.

So if Floyd should be fighting guys 2" or 3" bigger than him, then Pacquiao should be fighting Floyd, right?

Or do you think Mayweather vs Pacquiao shouldn't happen since you think Floyd is a middleweight?

You're the dumbest Floyd-hater I've seen and I'm probably better off adding you to my ignore list and debating with REAL boxing fans. No middleweight can make 147 and weigh 148 on fight night. He'd be as drained as a Pacquiao opponent.

You purposely ignore Pacquiao's BS, the same BS you call Mayweather on. Boxing size is decided by WEIGHT, not height and reach. And as far as WEIGHT goes, Pacquiao weighed more than Mayweather did in their last fights. So I guess Mayweather is a weight-drained tiny ass middle weight fighting comfortably at welter? Goodness you're stupid.

Feel free to debate but put some common sense in your brain. You're not even worth debating with. You live, breathe, eat, sleep, and sh!t Mayweather you talk about him so much.

I KNOW THAT, STUPID! My point to him was he praising Pacquiao and criticizes Mayweather. READ MY PREVIOUS COMMENT. I'm not defending any of them. ALL of their catchweights are stupid.

Nope, Ellerbe and Floyd's words are far more credible.

Who cares? 19 and 23 don't make a hell of a lot of difference. Stop exaggerating.

When he fought Lopez, he weighed 154 and came in at 164. :hi:

He came into the Mayweather fight looking for speed but he underestimated May's speed himself.

So quit bringing up that 170 pound bs. He wanted 165.

He obviously came in wanting to be at a lower weight so he can carry more speed. :deal

Paul Williams is also over 6 feet tall. So since Mayweather is a middleweight, should he fight Pacquiao?

you missed the point you just proved what i was saying if williams who is 6 feet tall could make 147 their is no reason why duckweather can not make 147 he is a small middleweight fighting at welterweight

Yes run away from my arguments.

    :deal

He was gunning for speed in the Mayweather bout and that's why he came in at a lower weight.... similar to what he did for the Lopez fight. :hi:

I guess you think Cotto is still a light welter and Pacquiao is still a lightweight. I bet you think Broner is still a lightweight too. Putting more weight on is easier than losing it.

The fact you say "duckweather" is reason enough to not even argue with you. I'm not even defending Mayweather's catchweights I'm just calling you on your hypocrisy.

ANY fighter can go up to heavyweight. But a heavyweight can't go down to welter. Going up in weight is different than going down. By your logic, Mayweather has been draining himself his whole career. Please make some sense.

    Answer these:

Was Oscar Dela Hoya drained when he fought Pacquiao?
Was Cotto drained when he fought Pacquiao?
Was Margarito drained when he fought Pacquiao?
Was Canelo drained when he fought Mayweather?

    Answer all 4.

In terms of weight class, yes.
