Do an internet search dude - it's stated in several sources that Floyd REFUSED to step on the HBO scales that night

PBF calls the shots here make no mistake about it. Who the **** is Canelo? What has he proven? He can't dictate **** to PBF and needs PBF not the other way around.:deal PBF's legacy is already secure, biggest draw in the sport HOF and ATG fighter. You're a fool if you think PBF needs Canelo.:rofl

Floyd would pull out of the fight.
(IF Alvarez wouldn't step on the scales)

Not hard to believe seeing as how he rarely steps on the scale on the night of the fight

fight night weights can be inaccurate so please stop using them as a measuring stick, they are nto a requirment, boxers can wear clothes and anythign else, also any scales can be off a lb or 3

This s all a big issue around here now because it looks like mayweather is dodging another challenge and this "fight nite" crap is the fresh excuse

its always something with this guy.

Canelo don't need Floyd. Kid is already a cash cow. We Mexicans don't ****ing beg like Floyd had to against his daddy De la Hoya. Love how all these people saying Canelo is dying for a Floyd fight. Remember, he already punked the **** out of Floyd by pulling out of his May card, and don't forget that he was rooting for Robert Guerrero to beat Floyd. Kid is a ****ing G.

As for the question, he should definitely refuse to weigh-in. Give Fraud Mayweather a taste of his own medicine.

Canelo needs PBF. He can't make nearly the amount of money fighting anyone in the sport today that he can by fighting PBF and if you think he can you don;t know **** about boxing.:deal Not only that a fight with PBF win lose or draw would really legitimize his career. Only a delusional hater would say that a young guy like Canelo doesn't need the best fighter of this era and cash cow of the sport.

You dont need to find a source go look at the tale of the tape for his recent fights you will notice that most of the time they never show the night of the fight weight.

Floyd prefers it that way so in the end when the fight is over he can say what a Giant the other guy was and how he never put on more than 2 or 3 pounds....

You think he deliberately pared down for the Ortiz fight to fool everyone about his weight?

Or the fact he was 148 A MONTH from the Guererro fight?

Keep your panties on - I never said Canelo could dictate terms did I? :patsch
I said that Canelo does not NEED Floyd in same way as others as he has a long time to build his legacy and a long time to make money...put it this way, if he needs him the fight would be signed already at 147. Be less defensive and read posts more carefully.

Do you really think it's not possible for him to dehydrate down to closer to 147 for that weigh-in? Good way to prepare his body, hydrate in 24 hours and train hard the next day and make all *****s go on about how small he is...I put nothing past Floyd - if he was so small he would get on the fight night scales a lot more often. If 140 is his "best weight" he would have come down to the 144 catchweight for Marquez with no problems and save himself $600,000...stop being so naive

    You're still crying over this ****? :|

Have you been in a coma since Canelo and Floyd have been negotiating? If Canelo was dying for a Fraud fight, he wouldn't have pulled out of his May card and gave that ***** the finger. YDKSAB if you don't think Canelo's career is already legit.

Yeah, a Floyd win would be fantastic and everything, but Canelo isn't going to bend over backwards just to get the fight. He isn't going to pull a Fraud Gayweather and get ****ed up the ass just for a fight. Fraud's daddy is De la Hoya, remember that :deal.
