they didnt. Martinez didnt duck him, he fought an easy return from injury and then a HoF name. He said he had no problem facing the lesser, titleless 3G.

Cotto didnt duck him, he fought the bigger two weight titlist in Canelo.

Canelo in turn picked the bigger name than 3G, in Cotto - cotto was older that 3G so choosing 3G first would have meant waiting for Cotto to age more than 3G would. Your argument is the opposite of the truth, particularly in view of the fact that Moo then beat 3G.

They ALL picked the name bigger than 3G. To pick a bigger guy is not actually ducking, its anti-ducking. Meanwhile 3G was facing ....Willie Monroe Jnr? Who was ducking the big fights?

None of them ducked 3G, with the exception of the mediocre Sturm - he probably did duck him but hes crap, noone cares about him, hes the Canadian president of boxing.
You have a fair point with Sturm, my man. Sturm did duck 3G. He ran gibbering in fear faster than Calzaghe could say Carl Froch.

There is nothing that you said that needs to be answered old man.

I'm obviously rooting for Canelo, but if Jacobs brings it then I'll be happy for him too.

I love Jacobs as a fighter. He and Canelo are two great examples.

“So when I do beat Canelo, one day I will give Golovkin a rematch to finally settle the difference. To me, I’m already the victor,”
    -Jacobs

    Spoke like a boss.

No, you're clearly a casual fan that doesn't follow boxing closely.

Three years lmao! Next time keep quiet instead of looking like a jackass.

You're the idiot if you think it took three years to make.

Canelo won the WBC MW title in Nov. 2015. Canelo had his next fight in May 2016. Canelo signed to fight Golovkin in April 2017 and the fight took place that Sept.

Tell me where you're adding 36 months smarty pants.

Canelo boiled down to 154 for yrs to avoid coming up to fight G. His walking around weight was higher than G's. That is why Canelo had all the stamina issues. The man was starving himself to fight at 154. Oscar waited and waited for G to get old until Canelos body couldn't take it anymore. That's how it went.

You're confirming you are a casual.

Three years prior to meeting Canelo was fighting top SWW Erislandy Lara.

Three years prior Golovkin was beating Daniel Geale to finally go from being the WBA world champion to the WBA super world champion.

There was hardly any talk if any of a Golovkin-Canelo fight taking place in 2014. In fact, it didn't become a very hot topic until the close of 2015 when Canelo beat Cotto.

Before moving up Canelo made 154 and captured the WBO JrMW title and looked as good and as fresh as ever.
