When it is one of your favorites you have a laundry list of excuses. I think Loma getting robbed by judges is a better excuse than Charlo is going through a divorce LOL

If Mayweather had beat Kostya Tyszu after he lost to Hatton how much credit would he have got? Some people are ridiculous with their opinions.

Was loma coming off a 2 plus year layoff??? No he wasn't and he looked good. Charlo hasn't fought in over 2 years 2 completely different scenarios. I bet if Tim hadn't fought in over 2 years then had to fight canelo at 160 for his first fight back you'd say he'd need a tune up first and you'd be 100% right. But like always you can never keep it real. Not only hasn't charlo fought in over 2 years he's also never fought at 168 either which this fight will be at.

**** fighting Canelo, he'd need a tuneup to fight jermell at that point.

That is what I am saying. You don't use common sense you always spout no excuses when sometimes there are perfectly valid excuses. Most people with common sense saw that Loma was robbed. Most people with common sense knew Garcia shouldn't have agreed to the rehydration clause. We all know Charlo needs a tune up but you wouldn't pay that respect to anyone else and you know it.

Loma lost a close fight that could've gone either way he wasn't robbed. Loma didn't win that fight 10-2 or 11-1. Not only that he wasn't coming off a 2 year plus layoff off and then immediately fought Haney at a new weight. Garcia is much bigger than tank not to mention the fight was talked about for years at 135 along with the other young fighters in the division. The rehydration had nothing to do with garcia getting stopped tank is just a better fighter period. Anyone in Charlo's situation I would've said the same thing he needs a tune up at the new weight before fighting canelo. Two years is a very long time to be out of the ring especially when you're fighting elite comp at a new weight.

He's saying Haney-Loma wasn't close, so that means 9-3 or 8-4 best on his card for Loma. I didn't see that and I've watched it 4 times already. It was a really close fight with very many hard rounds to score.

Loma was out of the ring for 14 months before facing Lopez. That's a long time compared to the schedule he had kept up until that point.

Nobody credible thought Haney won. Aside from that I agree Tank would’ve won regardless but to say Garcia wasn’t compromised is false the rehydration was a valid excuse for his performance. You could say the same thing with Canelo Charlo. Canelo is the better fighter period. It wouldn’t matter if Charlo had a tune up or not he would still lose.

Exactly and Loma got surgery straight after the fight. So how is that not a valid excuse if Charlo’s lay off is one?

@drenlou Stop indirectly attempting to bait @MidniteProwler into a fight. When I said no more contact, I meant no more contact. Hostilities cease between you two now. If anything you should feel liberated, you can both move on with your lives.
