Wow!!! On his feet the whole time? It's incredibly rare that a boxer ends a 12 rounds fight standing. Crae!!!

Moronic post. Old George Foreman stood between rnds too. George's reasoning "If I sat down , I probably couldn't get up again".

He may have appeared to be struggling weeks before the fight however Chavez managed fight week very well, and he looked very healthy and didn't look weight drained at the weigh-in. You can't deny that.

You compare Chavez Jr when he fought Martinez at MW when he looked really unhealthy and drained, to the version who fought Canelo, well he looked much healthier vs Canelo. It's hard to gauge what weight would cause Chavez to be drained, because he gained weight to move up to SMW. Lets just say Canelo fights at 168, then fights at 164.5 in 2019, would that be draining Canelo? No, because that's still 4.5 lbs over 160 which he could still make. Now with Chavez I doubt he could make 160 safely but he could shed a few pounds safely from his new weight of 168. I think a lot of fans have tried to act like it was like Floyd Canelo. Canelo was more weight-drained at 152 than Chavez was at 164.5 since Canelo had been fighting at 154 for so long and was already really pushing his body to just to maintain 154. With Chavez he just put on a few pounds and started fighting at 168 since it was closer to his walking around weight.

completely different dynamics involved with why Foreman stood. 40s Foreman didn't expend the kind of energy Canelo does with his dynamic puching, upper body movement, etc. Foreman did it because he was so massive getting up and sitting down actually probably fatigued Foreman more than just standing there and leaning on the turnbuckle.

Completely flew over your head didn't it. Standing between rnds don't mean ****. It doesn't win rnds and it doesn't do a thing to your opponent.

I wasn’t alluding to Chavez cause I don’t believe he’d of had a chance at any weight.
Nothing to do with Canelo but the fans left that venue so angry at what they saw from Chavez but to be honest they allowed themselves to be duped as Chavez has always been a lazy guy.who can forget Golovkin waiting in the wings WWE style,so fake is boxing nowadays it’s a joke.
