I agree with what you said about the scorecards, especially the Golovkin fights. The first one was pure robbery, the 2nd one was closer (i had G winning 7-5) Considering the fact Golovkin didnt get at least one decision, people have every right to question Canelo's claim to the middleweight throne. However, officially he is the champion, whether you and me like it or not, so by stripping him this fast, it just shows these organizations are in no rush to have an unisputed champion. And this sucks for the sport of boxing.

The Mexican superstar's promoter Oscar De La Hoya said in a statement to US media: "We are extremely disappointed at the IBF for forcing the world's best fighter to relinquish his world title.

"We have been in serious negotiations with Sergiy Derevyanchenko's promoter. We offered his team an unprecedented amount of money for a fighter of his limited stature and limited popularity, but the truth is that I'm now certain they never had any intention of making a deal. But instead they wanted to force us to relinquish Canelo's belt. This is an insult to boxing and more importantly an insult to the boxing fans of the world".

No Oscar, you are a disgrace and the insult to World Boxing. "Tainted Beef", cooked home judges, favourable rehydration clauses, etc.

But you take the biscuit in your lack of self awareness with this snippet from above. Showing zero respect here. I hope your lacy thong strap gives your ass an itchy rash as retribution.

"We offered his team an unprecedented amount of money for a fighter of his limited stature and limited popularity".

    Just do one Oscar.

Cash Cows never hold the IBF for long. They don't like following the rules and the IBF a actually enforces them.

So the rightful title holder is stripped and this is cheered and celebrated by boxing "fans"? Yet we wonder why the sport is on the fringe and relative to previous standing, dying.

What i dont understand is if they are unable
To negcociate why they dont go to purse bide instead of just stripping him straight away.

So in the ibf a challenger just need to ask too much money to get the champ stripped???

No he didnt he got a "VEGAS" win . which was " Still be standing at the final bell & you win " Let them fight in a neutral setting in a 100 % fair fight, That means no NSAC & Vegas influence. but straight down the middle with honest judging & may the best man win
Sadly Ole Fishnets wont go for that as he dont think Ginger can win without Vegas help

Wrong about what? I made two points.
    1. You and the C.J.Rock alt were the same. I proved it was true.
    2. You're a troll, especially when it comes to Maragrito and Canelo. Proved you even consider Margarito a cheat when you admitted he cheated. So every time you go on one of your rants about Maragrito not cheating you cannot be taken serious, not that you ever were.

Good question. The IBF recently changed their purse bid rules, the titleholder now only gets 65%. Due to the relative profile of the fighters in this case, 65% is a lot less than Canelo would expect. In addition, Canelo is contractually tied to DAZN so he couldn't afford to lose the purse bid.

So a purse bid isn't any use to Team Canelo, I'm guessing this is why ODLH didn't request a purse bid.
