Didn't you predict 700k buys and now you are saying they will split 65+ million?

50 million guarentee for Canelo sounds a little exaggeration. Maybe It's the predicted total purse for Canelo after the ppv cut, tv deals etc.

 

There's going to be investors looking to double or triple their return, so no doubt there's going to be a lot of money in the pot. $50 mill sounds a little too much, but we'll see.

 

Well these people you are talking about were probably relating it to the % which would in all likelyhood have amounted to less than 15 mill AFTER THE JACOBS fight, it's a flat fee of 15 mill which the people were saying was more than fair which looks like he accepted after all, even after all the GGG FANS were complaining that wasn't a fair deal. That said, we still don't know what the splits or monetary gain will be for both fighters, so everything is still premature.
