Be schooled; http://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/15356242/trainer-says-ggg-fight-canelo-alvarez-not-ounce-160
Of course GGG has more wear, but if you think Canelo some 10 years of prime left you're mistaken. Amateur is not the same as pro. For having 50 fights his resume is pretty weak, best win is B-level Cotto, fights with Chavez add nothing except money to Oscar's bank account.
You're making no sense. Canelo probably has about 5-7 years of prime, and maybe 1-3 years of past prime. Ams in not the same as pro, but again, his first 20 fights were regional level. His last 28 fights have been a bit better level with the last 15 being world level. Calling Cotto B level is laughable and show your ignorance.
Naw GGG was on camera saying nothing below 160, he said Canelo can come in whatever weight he wants but he's coming in at 160. That happened and is document as happening before he dropped the title. http://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/15356242/trainer-says-ggg-fight-canelo-alvarez-not-ounce-160 (April ) https://www.google.com/amp/boxingju...avoid-artificial-deadlines-for-ggg-fight/amp/ (may) On a normal yearly calendar with 12 months and 365 days. April is before May. Which means GGG no on the weight then Canelo vacated not to be a dck but your wrong /shrug
Golovkin himself NEVER said he'd fight Ward only at 164. His promoter sent the offer(s) and demands to ROC. His promoter sent the demand and concessions to GBP. Go head and find the video of GGG saying he'll fight Ward at 164 ONLY. Go ahead and find the article that GGGs words claim he wouldnt fight Yeller at 155 for a 30% purse split. His promoter and mgr are the ones who decide when/where/which weight etc. The fighter himself and his trainer just follow the orders of their teams, or else Yeller would already have taken his KO1 L to GGG. Lara would have already taken his KO1 L to GGG and Mayflower would have taken his KO1 L to GGG.
Canelo wanted to fight Lara, GBP advised him against it, Canelo demanded they make the fight, so they did. Golovkin is another Pacquiao. The difference is that Pacquiao had a promotional company that knew what they were doing with him while K2 seems to be falking GGG's career this late in his career.
8 million dollars at 155 10 million dollars + PPV at 160 15 million dollars at 160 Do those sound like the offers of someone who is ducking someone?
Hhmmmm.... YOU DON"T KNOW THAT !!! YOU EVEN DON'T KNOW WHAT THE LOW-BALL OFFERS were !!! We all KNOW Isal that you are pulling this STUFF out of your ARSE, as usual ! Still, it's amusing watching you dream up more NONSENSE, wishing El Pollo Canelo had never SURRENDERED THE BELT !
