jumping forward to "GGG offered 160 lb. or nothing for HIS MW belts, Canelo said YES...".

Can you remember anything at all... such as:

2. GGG hasn't "EARNED" the right to fight for the belt

It is amusing watching a Canelo TROLL trying to deflect facts such as....

Fact is that Canelo wanted Cotto a year before the fight Materialized but Cotto straight up said no.

Canelo was scheduled to fight Paul Williams but unfortunately became paralyzed in the motorcycle accident.

Canelo fought Austin Trout when Trout looked impressive as hell against Cotto.

Canelo demanded he fight Lara despite concerns from GBP.

And finally Canelo fought Cotto after he destroyed both Martinez and Daniel Geale, one of Gggs best opponents.

Isal is an amusing fellow, a bit "FORGETFUL", but AMUSING none the less.

 

I am not a defender on both sides, I'm a proponent for the fight to happen. I believe canelo is the bigger draw and GGG needs canelo more than the other way around.
To me 10m plus ppv percentage was reasonable. 15m flat is reasonable. I use the word 'reasonable' and not 'fair'. To be fair is should be around 70-30 % for canelo.
It is also understandable why GBP is offering a so called 'low ball offer' though I believe it is not low, they are trying to build up this fight and buy time for canelo to be ready. The longer it drags, the better the chance for canelo to win the fight.

Without knowing the stipulations in the first "OFFER" from GBP, knowledgeable EXPERTS and Boxing Promotors concluded

IT WAS A LOW-BALL OFFER.

At least TWO additional "OFFERS" from GBP confirms the first offer was a LOW-BALL.

K2/GGG surely have financial experts to review "OFFERS" and make recommendations.

It seems the consensus was... that REJECTING THE OFFERS was in GGG's best interest.

It could be true, only time will tell.
But it's also true that it ties GGG from moving forward and more importantly we get to see NO FIGHT lol.

 

In a perfect WORLD GGG/Canelo would be fighting in May 2017.

In Cocaine O$car's world, financial considerations come first.

We don't know EXACTLY where GBP is financially, but from court documents it's safe to conclude GBP currently has only one producing asset... namely their GOLDEN GOOSE... Canelo.

That may explain GBP's behavior.
