No Cotto is hardly B level but then again as is often the case with Oscar he knows exactly when they ready for Canelo,Cotto been in too many all out wars and was dwarfed by Canelo so I think the posters point was it was a Cotto a level down from his prime,it's just a fact.
Hhmmm... once again let's take parts OUT OF CONTEXT attempting to make an argument completely IGNORING the TIMELINE by twisting the FACTS, as usual Isal. You left just a little bit out of your make believe story... for instance what happened between the time the 155 lb. Canelo Weight Nonsense started and... jumping forward to "GGG offered 160 lb. or nothing for HIS MW belts, Canelo said YES...". Can you remember anything at all... such as: 1. Canelo is NOT a middleweight 2. GGG hasn't "EARNED" the right to fight for the belt 3. K2... Be sure to answer your phone tomorrow... 4. MEXICANS DON'T **** AROUND 5. Canelo SURRENDERING THE BELT 6. 10 Million is our final offer.... TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT etc. & so on ! It is amusing watching a Canelo TROLL trying to deflect facts such as.... CANELO SURRENDERED HIS BELT without a fight. Your CRUSADE is over, you LOST, quit preaching "THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO O$CAR" and move on.
Of course of course, lets blame big bad Oscar. Fact is that Canelo wanted Cotto a year before the fight Materialized but Cotto straight up said no. Canelo was scheduled to fight Paul Williams but unfortunately became paralyzed in the motorcycle accident. Canelo fought Austin Trout when Trout looked impressive as hell against Cotto. Canelo demanded he fight Lara despite concerns from GBP. And finally Canelo fought Cotto after he destroyed both Martinez and Daniel Geale, one of Gggs best opponents. Lol @ your theories with Zero substance.
Hhmmm... and LET's not leave out.... HE needs to grow to be a MIDDLEWEIGHT MEXICANS DON'T **** AROUND And EL POLLO CANELO... SURRENDERED HIS BELT !!! Isal is an amusing fellow, a bit "FORGETFUL", but AMUSING none the less.
I am not a defender on both sides, I'm a proponent for the fight to happen. I believe canelo is the bigger draw and GGG needs canelo more than the other way around. To me 10m plus ppv percentage was reasonable. 15m flat is reasonable. I use the word 'reasonable' and not 'fair'. To be fair is should be around 70-30 % for canelo. It is also understandable why GBP is offering a so called 'low ball offer' though I believe it is not low, they are trying to build up this fight and buy time for canelo to be ready. The longer it drags, the better the chance for canelo to win the fight.
Without knowing the stipulations in the first "OFFER" from GBP, knowledgeable EXPERTS and Boxing Promotors concluded IT WAS A LOW-BALL OFFER. At least TWO additional "OFFERS" from GBP confirms the first offer was a LOW-BALL. K2/GGG surely have financial experts to review "OFFERS" and make recommendations. It seems the consensus was... that REJECTING THE OFFERS was in GGG's best interest.
BRU HAAAA HAAAAA !!! Were any GBP's offers to K2/GGG such.... as to be classified as "LOW-BALL" Waiting.... waiting.... waiting
Well... you are getting a little better in posting... " I THINK" Not sure that is a true statement but... you are amusing.
So you are saying KNOWLEDGEABLE BOXING EXPERTS, Commentators who are paid as knowledgeable experts on BOXING, other BOXING PROMOTORS must be GGGoons since they labeled GBP's offer as a LOW-BALL !!! Seems a bit opinionated... but your conclusions are amusing.
It could be true, only time will tell. But it's also true that it ties GGG from moving forward and more importantly we get to see NO FIGHT lol.
In a perfect WORLD GGG/Canelo would be fighting in May 2017. In Cocaine O$car's world, financial considerations come first. We don't know EXACTLY where GBP is financially, but from court documents it's safe to conclude GBP currently has only one producing asset... namely their GOLDEN GOOSE... Canelo. That may explain GBP's behavior.
Well thank God Canelo showed some iniative cause with Oscars Concerns he'd have had him duck those you mentioned as well
