Canelo vs GGG @ 157-158 lbs in a non-title bout is fine for me! I think Canelo would do it !:good

He vacated because when he called GGG in the ring and said "put the gloves on, I'll fight right now" he realized he ****ped his pants"

If that is what is on the table then I don't think GGG/K2 accepts. They will look at the other too tier MWs

Alvarez vacated the belt so that he wouldn't get ktfo by Golovkin.

Isn't that how you sell PPVS though? You have to have a dance partner or nobody will buy it. Lol

    :nut- Don't be obtuse,

If he wants to hit the KING CASH COW numbers he needs help.

He doesn't have a mindless flock of automatic buyers that can be counted on for the mismatch fights. That guy retired

For anyone that cares for the truth, both sides talked and were far apart in the money split.
Had Canelo not dropped the belt, the WBC would have had the matchup go to purse bids to where by their rules, Golovkin being the interim champion would have a right to a 45% cut of the purse split.

It was really simple logic for Canelo to drop the belt.
Obviously if GGG wants to fight Canelo, he's going to have to take a way shorter end of a purse split.

If GGG say's who he say's he is, he'll take what GBP has to offer as it still will be a career high payday for him.

If GGG doesn't want to take it, well then wait and put yourself in a PPV that will sell at least the 600K Canelo sold for the Khan fight.

    Now move along kids!

Are you saying Klitschko didn't have a dance partner for his PPV debut? His PPV did more than 150k in buys.

You always add so much to the conversation. Your participation is truly vital Steve. Everyone is really happy that you have an account and impart your wisdom in GGG threads. It would really be a shame if you just went ahead and 😬💥🔫

Well he got close to 550-700,000 PPVs (which I think is crazy and maybe an inflated number) by dragging little Khan up so he can get decent numbers with anyone which stinks for Real fans and the sport of boxing:deal

I think GGG needs to be flexible and do a 70/30 split (90/10 or 80/20 is just a slap in the face) and agree on a fight from 156-158 just to gain more exposure and expose this kid who at one time was a warrior:thumbsup

158 lbs and 30% for GGG in a non-title bout is ok IMO
