Do you have a source for this statement or are you repeating rumors without sources?

My understanding was that Liam was "considered" in JANURAY (4 months ago) when looking for an opponent for Canelo's LAST fight, they went for more popular Amir Khan instead.

But if you have a source please disclose it here.

    :rofl you talk intergalactic cobblers

    "Canelo's camp already explained..."

What else did you expect them to say? So you just believe them? No questions asked?

Also if they do fight in a YEAR, how was dropping the belt helping negotiations?

"Time limits" is one thing but GBP need a YEAR for a fight they said they have wanted for the last 18 months?

And if they do fight in a year that still doesn't mean he didn't duck Golovkin now

Nobody looks a fool of they fight in a year, nobody except GBP and Canelo for being publicly humiliated in May 2016.

Glad I could help out again, you're welcome :good

Naaah, I'm not a tool like you, there you go :good

    http://www.skysports.com/boxing/new...ith-considering-offer-to-fight-canelo-alvarez

Sky Sports News, FW quoted as saying "we are considering an offer"

So therefore they have made an offer.

why would I lie? Why would I make stuff up? there are lots of articles and quotes from FW saying exactly the same thing "we are considering an offer that was made"

So now what have you got to say? Canelo is obviously wanting to move back to 154, getting as afar away from GGG as possible

So there goes the "the fight will be made soon" theory that

There is no reason not believe them.

    1. Canelo has proven to fight anyone and even willing to compromise weight and purse to make fights happen.

    2. Canelo has been very open and CLEAR that they would get to GGG.

    3. Canelo dropped the belt and clearly stated that they needed more time to work out all the detailds for this potential MEGA-FIGHT.

Canelo is busy making money, pimping corrupt belts, having huge fights, fighting tough opponents with his only stay-busy fight being Khan. Surely every great fighter had one or a few stay-busy easy check fights throughout their careers, especially when they have fought a string of tough opponents.

Those who will look like fools will be those who made the most noise about how Canelo WILL NEVER FIGHT GGG, despite Canelo saying he would in a year or two.

Yeah but that was before he took a vacation from the belt. Do you think he lost any fans (PPV buyers) when that happened?

Do you think 550-700 will automatically happen again now, regardless of opponent?

If so I guess you are a buyer correct?

If I'm GGG I say screw Ginger, no belt in play now and if I'm only getting 10% where is my motivation to beg for that fight. On to better things

So according to you, Canelo who's now looking for fights at 154 will (let's just say) fights Liam Smith in September for the WBO LMW title.

Then the following May, around 8 months later, Canelo steps straight up to 160 to fight Golovkin although he wouldn't step up 5lb now.

Because Golovkin hasn't budged on the weight yet but will just turn around in a year and fight a catchweight.

It's all making sense wouldn't you agree?

Are you making stuff up again? Are you repeating rumours without sources?

If you are, that is beyond pathetic.
