Canelo vs Beterbiev @175

Canelo’s chin is pure granite but he would simply just get bullied in there. Everyone knows what a beast Beterbiev is so for that reason , the fight will never get made.

 

Canelo never said he was the best @ 175.
He won his belt and dropped it just like all his detractors should.

 

Amateur win means nothing in the pros as many amateurs start young and develop/grow as they mature. I'd back Hunter to ko Beterbiev @ heavyweight.

At the rate Beterbiev is going, his unfinished business at LHW will lead into his retirement.

i agree with many here saying beterbiev is all wrong for canelo but come on lets me honest


if Beterbiev cant stop canleo and ends up being a close a fight and if canelo wins many will scream robbery after they swore beterbiev would wreck him

 

I don't think Beterbiev stops Canelo at all.

I would definitely favor Beterbiev based on pure size and strength, but as far as skills Canelo is honestly on another level. You can clearly see the difference in skill.

I'm not saying Betebiev is some B level skilled fighter, he's definitely elite, but as far as defense Canelo is levels above him, that alone would almost 100% ensure Canelo making it through the 12 rounds.

The same people that have Canelo losing every close fight he's even been in would be emotionally and psychologically unable to accept Canelo winning a close fight against Beterbiev, in fact I believe those same people would not give Canelo credit even if he won decisively or by KO... It would scar them, and ruin them in some way if they ever gave Canelo that much credit.

 

i agree i do think beter stops canelo however if he didnt i wouldnt cry over a close decision and canelo getting the nod

I respect your opinion bro, just can't see it happening, not to the best defensive fighter above 147 since Mayweather. To KO a fighter like Canelo it needs to be done by accumulation, and I can't see Canelo ever getting even 40% of punches landed on him.
