    Combinations at the air don't count...what explosiveness????:think

Power....Cotto made Alphonso Gomez look like a rag doll...Canelito had to go rounds with him.:deal

Speed....I don't know about that either.

You don't half chat some absoloute **** sometimes..

Canelo regularly rattles off 3-4-5 punch combintaions THAT LAND.

Power, you having a laugh.. Who was the last person Cotto legitimately stopped?
    I'll wait..

Not Mayorga, that was a hand injury
Not Foreman, that was a knee injury

Canelo made Trout do the chicken dance, the same Trout who easily beat Cotto.
Canelo was taking his time with Gomez, Gomez was hurt, the ref shouldnt have stopped it.

Canelo is way faster then Cotto, your right.. You dont know about that either.

Cotto's jab provides opponent control, a weapon, and disrupter of rhythm.

Canelo's provides a weapon, a range finder, and disrupter.

I tried to put it in order, I would say the number one reason I stated on both of them most would not argue, the rest of the order is debatable. I would say most would opt for opponent control, and so, Cotto. I know many may believe disrupter and opponent control are the same but, the clearly superior timing on Cotto's jab often times has opponents befuddled on when to attack, allowing Cotto the far better control through their inacitivity.

Trout did a chicken dance....and what did Canelito do about it???

    NOTHING

His accuracy is POOR...... he makes Amir Khan look efficient.

Cotto has a higher connect % and a FAR better jab and INSIDE fighter

Canelito ain't shi.t in close..Trout beat him on the inside:deal

Alvarez doesn't cover his body well.....at all....Trout was killing him with jabs and right hands to the tummy..that's why he can't hold the middle of the ring...he's too weak in the belly.:yep

Lets just see who is stronger come sept 14 . I'll leave it at that .

The difference between Canelo/ Trout is that Canelo showed us he can hurt Trout with his punches , unfortunately Trout on the other hand could not once hurt Canelo with his punches . Alvarez was the way more effective fighter and very clear winner in that fight .

and that proves what? That Trout is not as good as Alvarez. Floyd will not get hit more than 10 times per round. So jab that.

Cotto clearly has a better jab, Knocked Clottey and that Gomez kid from the Contender down with it. I think Canelo is a better combination puncher than Cotto and is more durable, but in the jab department alone...Cotto is better and has a very good, strong jab for a short fighter.
