Wonder if anyone at DAZN ever thinks ‘I best not promise this as I’ll look like a liar in 3 months.’

 

All the people associated with DAZN that I have spoken to all say that DAZN UK is doing really well. In fact, they are ahead of the subscription figure they had set in advance. You can choose to believe that or not. I do not believe it. DAZN UK are in trouble.

 

We actually pay £ 8 to see Matchroom's boxing event on Saturday. Expensive, because it doesn't look good on paper.

If Parker vs Joyce is soon presented as a PPV Event on September 24th, I believe that the general public will choose to pay to watch this fight.

There won't be many buyers for Canelo vs Golovkin III on DAZN UK PPV.

 

I’d have done a better offer where if you buy the PPV you get three months of DAZN for free.

DAZN need eyeballs on the product now- why they aren’t offering yearly deals is beyond me.

 

Why’s that? I don’t think it should be PPV in the UK.

If it was failing badly you would of heard by now being in the industry.

When I saw premier sports had 200k subscribers that for me says DAZN could be doing ok.

Premier sports content is niche as it gets so if they can 200k subs at £10 a month there is no reason why DAZN can't.

 

It’s crap isn’t it? Waste of time.

 

Agree I know least 3 my friends all have premier sports as its got Cup games for Scotland. Would say nascar pretty niche.

Certain types football will attract fans if get Spanish German league etc.

Imo don't think Dazn doing great watch a fair good fights with friends none them no dazn at all

There marketing is so poor and they basic lied ripped off own fans they did (boxing community) womt help them
