Also what happened to ISally's sources? Edit: That was another lame Canelo super fan. A rare apology for Isal.
Are you nuts? lol Everyone seems to be getting sick of the Canelo/GGG talk with good reason but chances are that Canelo/GGG will always give us a more entertaining fight than Pac/Floyd. In the words of George Bush Jr, " “'....... fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.”
Clearly lost? LOL and since when does a long reigning champion not deserve a rematch after losing the only fight of their whole career? If we are speaking about “deserve” Clenelo didn’t deserve the gift draw in the first fight.
Oscar inadvertently admitted in that open letter the only reason GGG didn't get the win in the first fight was because Canelo brings in more money to Vegas.
Absolutely this. Canelo is a flashy, defensively brilliant and gutsy fighter that is a pleasure to watch. Golovkin is the best middleweight of our time - certainly since Hopkins - and he's never in a boring fight. These guys, regardless of who we think won, put up two great fights, both from a technical perspective and from the point of really digging deep and laying it on the line. I'd 100% watch a third fight.
*put up two decent fights. They were okay, nothing magical. After watching 24 rounds of that, I'm pretty much set. It would be on the one hand gratifying to see Golovkin finally get the decision I felt he deserved both previous times, but the downside would be that it opened up the possibility of a fourth and even maybe fifth match. I'm just not here for it. May vs. Pac, with both old and shot to hell, actually might be a fun little game of violent chess, if we're going by their Matthysse/Broner & Berto/McGregor form..
So would I. I'm a huge GGG fan albeit he is on the decline. Canelo is a quality operator. I wanna see it. Although my confidence in Golovkin is not high.
Vasquez Marquez 3 was a great 12 round fight. Manny Morales 1 was a great fight. Gennady and Canelo have had two very good fights but did lull just a bit and fell short of expectations. But I would definitely watch the third.
