Canelo is too stuck in the mud with his flat footed movement.

If he becomes a faster mover then yes i'd favor Canelo.

not at all canelo is 5'9, jacobs is 6 foot, jacobs is a way bigger man, he is also way faster, has a better engine and punches harder, jacobs would wipe the floor with canelo let alone ggg

Canelo is a fast rangy mover now?

Also..fast rangy movers tend to trouble everybody.

GGG wins this fight, Canelo has the hand speed advantage clearly over GGG but stays in the pocket to long. Canelo downfall is gonna be his slow feet.

Going to be interesting to see how Canelo handles a 190 pound Chavez Jr. because that is what he is going to get.

Nah canelo is a good pressure combination fighter. Jacob was not getting countered by GGG mid combo especially. When jacobs threw, GGG went all on defense.

I feel canelo can find him and outland him. Similiar to chocos fight tnite he might take some.big shots but i think hel throw and land more and aslong as he makes the final bell the punches thrown/landed should get him the decision... yeh yeh i know choco lost.. but i saw a clear win for him tonight

Jacobs did not even use his range tonight for 90 percent of the fight. He had his most success on the inside with combination punching.

Kinda hard to argue your other points until we see canelo at a full 160 against actual middleweights but provided the jump does not take away what we allready see in him (i actually think their will be a jump in stamina as he wont kill himself to make 154 or 155) i feel he can win

I really don't see much to draw much from here. Canelo being a 5'9" pressure figher is closer to Lemieux in terms of physical and stylistic approach. Canelo is going to have to work his way around Golovkin's jab.

Canelo still gets battered and will go down. Nothing has changed people.
