why do you even follow boxing with all the corruption you complain about in every post? are you a masochist?
Was there a single crazy scorecard when Canelo fought: Saunders Kovalev Jacobs Golovkin (2) Smith Cotto Listen, I aint saying that there is no shadiness going on. But no ****ing way are they intentionally always having one person have a crazy scorecard.
Ive always wanted to see the better man on the night get the decision he deserves no matter who is fighting. Boxing is a dangerous enough sport without all the Ped's abuse & corruption going on. But like all sports $$$$$$$ is the root of all evil $$$$ & influence choose the winners more than fighters talents today
and you believe youre the only one who wants those things? thats the sport, thats always been the sport. without the money and influence, there is no sport, you have kimbo slice fighting in back yards instead. either accept it, and deal with it in its confines, or find another sport. you still have the ams, where money and influence arent as big of a problem. but nothing in boxing is new, and its been that way since before you were born.
Ive been around the game a long time & ive never see the corruption so blatant as in the last few years. They dont even bother to try to hide it they know the state commissions arent going to do anything LOL theyre the biggest abusers
My favorite boxer got screwed out of his biggest win and or wins. It was predictable before it happend. Remember the statement made by Abel Sanchez, if we don't knock him out it's our fault. Well GGG didn't knock him out in either fight, although he did enough to win for absalute sure the first fight, and in my opinion the second fight as well, but got screwed out of his wins. This and worse happend to Kovalev vs Ward. Kovalev lost all his belts in a robbery. Should have never happend and Ward should have a Loss on his record. Then it happens to Castano, i guess boxing likes to keep refreshing everybody's memory. I've been watching boxing with interest since 1984, but i don't remember alot of robberies back then, but one does stick out in my mind, but this guy accomplished so much it didn't affect his legacy. That fight was Hearns vs Leonard 2. To answer your question, boxing is the only sport i really watch, so i have to take the good with the bad, but it's becoming too predictable at times.
so did mine, when i was a teen, and i reacted the same way. now im an adult, with a lifetime of experience and knowledge, and better equipped to handle lifes curve balls. a smart youth would take advantage of that knowledge and experience, instead of burying themselves in their feelings.
GGG will never get the respect he deserves and its very sad. He has every right to be selfish right now.
