Pretty damn close. Ive got it about 55 to 45 in favor if Jacobs. I just think Jacobs size is going to be the difference maker here. Off the top of my head (I could be forgetting one) this is probably my favorite matchup of the year and will most likely remain so throughout 2019. Its an awesome fight.
Oscar already got the City paid and is now whispering to the judges... “Listen up judges...snort snort....Aaaah now if this goes to the final round open this envelope as it has your scores prefilled and also a bonus cash drop for your time”
I think it’s a competitive matchup, closer to 55-45 in favor of Canelo, who I think will win a (legit) decision.
Agree as Danny clearly came up short with GGG. The D Jacobs fight was good but nowhere near as close as the Canelo vs GGG fights
Thats definitely a good point. My assessment isnt taking into account corruption. It wouldn't surprise me if Canelo gets another controversial draw or SD here, as I dont think Jacobs can stop him and I think many rounds will be competitive.

That's fine. I've watched the fight multiple times and I realize how close the fight was. It was also close on a round by round basis, so I can see how someone would score it for Golovkin or Jacobs. When it comes to GGG, some people are way to sensitive. Hopefully Golovkin gives him the rematch someday soon.
The KD tilted the cards no doubt. His reach should bother Big Red for a few rounds but if he gets inside Canelo will uppercut the heck out of Danny Canelo has some of the best inside uppercuts in the business
Agreed, I don't see this as close as a lot do. I think Alvarez is near enough at peak now, and Jacobs while being a great athlete and nice guy, isn't at that level.
So? We all watched the fight, what makes a fellow boxer better able to judge who won a fight than fans? What could they say to me that I couldn`t see? I`m not talking about a pundit saying how a fighter should fight to win, they would know more than the average punter, but scoring a fight is simple.
