I think highly of Canelo but LaMotta too strong - grinds him down for a stop somewhere around the 13th-15th round

 

By strong you don`t mean power?

 

Canelo is more skilled than Lamotta was and would control the space between them better than LaMotta, he would create better angles for his shots and is more powerful, both would fire great combo`s at each other specifically to the body. I feel CAnelo would have too much savvy unless he gasses.

I doubt that Canelo would get stopped in 12, but I think he would get beaten. In 15 where Canelos never gone could be different but that's too unknown.

 

Canelo with PED's and bought and paid off judges like he always has would win. Canelo by himself wouldn't see past round 8
