Would be a good test for canelo at full 160lbs against a guy he can probably beat, after that fight we can see how canelo would really fit in the division

It should have happened before Oscar threw him to Golovkin. Now it would be pointless and Canelo would get 0 credit for the fight. Might as well try to fight Andy Lee, BJS, or try to work with Haymons flock.

Oscar wil not risk Canelo getting hurt by Lemieux.

Would love to see it, thpugh I'd rather him get brutally KO'd by Triple G who he's mandated to fight next.

It could go like this, Canelo gets brutally dropped 4 times, the last KD Canelo has to be helped up and back to his corner a la Kovalev-Cleverly, then Canelo comes out desperate and momentarily stuns David and the fight is instantly waved off, with Canelo the declared the winner.

Won't happen either way. WBC allows Canelo a voluntary defense, and faces Geale who passes out in the first from dehydration.

 He won't make it to the match, he'd slip into a coma at the weigh in.
