canelo vs mayweather so much closer than they want you to think

Go back and watch the fight on mute, is a tragedy what they try to sell us. I still think floyd edged it, but that was a good fight. Canelo was ripping mayweathers body up. It seems like when floyd lands on gloves and arms its still scored as a punch. I saw this in the first maidana fight as well.

 

Yup, I had it a draw myself, same as C.J. Ross. The corrupt Judges always score any bouts heavily in favour of Fluid. Maidana clearly won the 1st bout.

I rewatched it recently, and although I'm not a great fan of FMJ, he definitely won the Canelo bout. It wasn't a shut-out, but it was clear enough in my opinion.

I'd pick Canelo if they rematched now though.

 

I also had Gatti beating Floyd. If only the paid off trainer didn't stop it.

 

try watching the fight without a bbc in your mouth.

 

People need to stop scoring PRO boxing fights the same as you would amatuer fights. PRO boxing is scored on damage done to your opponent.

 

This kind of makes the OP's point. Canelo/Floyd was nowhere near Gatti/Floyd.

There definitely was no "beat down" by FLoyd as some seem to claim. Floyd did just enough, as in most of his fights, to convincingly win the majority of the rounds.
