And if it happens that way, please stop posting on this forum. Thanks. And besides there's 3 versions of Barerra-Morales, take your pick.

Take my pick of what? You're the one declaring this a modern day classic on the level of Barrera/Morales, not me. You tell me which version you're expecting.

Was part 2 a modern day classic? Was 3 better than 1? Like I said there are 3 versions of Barerra-Morales. Stay mad.

I'll play along. Is Munguia Barerra or Morales here?

Does it matter? The only thing that matters is if the fight plays out like Barerra-Morales given the styles of both guys. Munguia is an all action fighter he only knows one way to fight, Canelo the counter puncher who's willing to fight in the pocket, and now that he's older and declining slightly is more flat footed than ever.

This is 2024 baby, this has all action written all over it. You just gotta wait for the Benevidez fight to happen and enjoy this fight for what it is. A great fight!

Munguia can be whomever you want dude.

Clearly what drenlou is implying is that this fight can become a classic, and I agree with him.

    It has the ingredients to become a Morales-Barrera, Vasquez-Marquez, Estrada-Cuadras, Zarate-Zamora, Olivares-Castillo.. take your mother****ing pick dude.

I was going to ask him if he'd prefer I compared this fight to Vasquez-Marquez, or Morales-Espadas 1 instead, but it doesn't matter what he Prefers!!!

He just wants to talk Canelo. He's in every Canelo thread I've opened.

I think the Benavidez fight will eventually happen. Something that I've noticed in this press conference is that he gets very agitated whenever someone mentions Benavidez, moreso than ever. He looked ready to snap on one of the reporters lol. I think the pressure is finally getting to him and at some point he will give in to fight the guy if for no other reason than to stop getting badgered.

Munguia has no chance in this fight. His defense is Swiss cheese.

He is a tailor-made opponent for Canelo to look good. After the fight, Canelo's fanboys will say he's top 3 P4P again.

I don't see Munguia lasting more than 4 rounds in this fight. He's going to start getting caught in the first 2 rounds and he's going to be out before shortly after.
