Remember, Pac was first offered Yuri Foreman as an option (before Cotto got to him), before Bob pulled strings to get Margarito the license with the shady Texas commission. Foreman held a LEGITIMATE belt at the time. Pac's response to Foreman as an opponent? "He's too tall." I can't make this stuff up.
