I dont think who's drained, or who's too small will determine if this fight is made. It's about money. Canelo is the biggest money fight for Pacman right now, besides Mayweather. This fight might happen. Pacman has shown the ability to beat bigger guys. He's still quick. And Canelo surely isnt afraid. All boxers/promoters see is dollar signs. I would pay to see it.
