If this had happened 3-4 years ago, I might favor BJ. But I don't think/know if he has it in him anymore. Canelo by comfortable UD, even late TKO.
Don't bother with this fight, it's not up to your standards. Tune in for Golovkin vs some random unheard of tomato can with zero losses(to make it look like serious business on twitter).
The police are here oh no! Canelo is fighting Yildrim before BJS, which is a pointless stupid fight. Just to balance out opponent quality criticism.
Not the police. Just silly to come to a thread and talk about someone else not even involved whatsoever. But you can do what you want, as will I.
Canelo will have fought 3 times in 6 months after BJS you don't think he deserves to take a lower risk fight during that span considering it's his mandatory?
Yildrim just coming off a loss in 2019 don't know how he is a mandatory now....it's a ridiculous fight. Do I think he deserves an easy fight? No, not for the money they paying him. My DAZN price went up $10 to pay for this gingers contract...I don't wanna see him fight a no hoper. Yildrim has no chance.....can you recall in recent memory a mismatch worse than this?
I wonder how he got the mandatory as well. Makes no sense. But that's ABC rankings for ya. I am glad Canelo's keeping active. As a stay busy fight, I can let this slide.
From that point is fine as long as he fights again in May....and a credible opponent like BJS. These belt orgs are such sh!t with their mandatory rankings.
And when it happens and if Alvarez wins, then it's a pointless fight anyway because of some random excuse only a mental fruit(Golovkin fan, basically) would bring up. In other news though, Golovkin is lobbying to fight De La Hoya and you will roar him on for it, that's for sure.
He could either not fight at all or he fights his mandatory. I don't know how old you are, but in the days where champions were actively defending belts more than twice a year they didn't fight top contenders fight in and fight out. The fact that your complaining about the #1 p4p fighter in the world defending his belts 3 times in 6 months in an age where some champions fight once a year is perplexing to say the least
