if this is true, then imo, they dont want the fight... or they want a ridiculous price for losing.
till then, mr "lets put the gloves on right now" should stfu till the grown folk sort out the details... stop writing checks till you got funds to back em.

You mean from someone who knows someone who knows someone?

    Those claims are always credible.

I think so, ME personally I think Lara would have a great shot to beat those guys, but why not go straight to GGG? It really does put the 'Most Avoided' Tagine to rest, you know. BUT does GGG want to risk his invincibility to his fans, is the million dollar question.

Having watched them fight. Trout is a hard worker but there is nothing he does that would be an issue to the bigger, more athletic and iron chinned Eubank. He doesn't have the punch to keep Jr honest and would lose a lopsided decision, maybe even a tko.

I am also very interested if Liam fight will be a ppv. If so, I'd like you to remember that 97-150 k number you like quoting so much, as you might see a repeat.

Understandable scepticism. Although I did hear from sources near Genady, as in his real life friends and relatives that he was fine with a 5 mil flat fee and was willing to go down 2-3 lbs - those were supposedly his own words. They aren't quoted anywhere so it could be complete bs of course.

Lara isn't a hard enough puncher, nor is he particularly iron chinned, to play games with the heavy hitters of the division. He is going for GGG because he knows that would make the most money, and it's better to lose for a lot of money than for little money.

If Lara wanted GGG fight, he would fight Jacobs. GGG is not known to duck his mandatories.

I think its safe to say Trout who weighs in at 170+ fight night is a lot more accomplished, refined, and skilled than Eubank is still a prosepct.

Now I've seen both men fight, and I have not seen Eubank do anything outstanding.

On the other hand, trout has at least fought on almost even terms against Lara and Canelo, not to mention his humiliation of Cotto who destroyed Daniel Geale, a top MW.

COTTO never fought Geale at the full middleweight limit, Geale drained himself to make weight.

How did Paulie become so successful in boxing? That just points to skills pay bills. And GGG is knocking out c level fighters man, so I wouldn't get to excited. Once he steps up against the elite fighters will see how good that power is:deal And did Rosado have to fight Sturm to get a fight with GGG?:think

Trout would look like peewee herman next to young Christopher.
Trout doesn't do anything better than BJS and CEJ is a firm favourite to despatch BJS in the rematch.

Trout does have a big expeirence edge though and he does have a great resume, that doesn't win fights though

It was closer to 160 and 55/45 split

    Smart business decision by Canelo

With Liam's monumental knock out today it makes the Canelo fight huge

    The world will be watching

Trout is starting to hit the downside of his career after the Cotto win he has started losing to the better fighters he has faced. Jr is still improving every fight. Trout has never fought @ 160 and Jr is one of the best at the weight.

A good big man beats a good little man and the size difference will count. Trout isn't a small JMW but Jr is a big, big MW. He will be going up weight in the near future

Resume don't mean as much when you are comparing guys at different stages of their careers. Hindsight will prove Jr to be a level above him IMO, I'd love to see Trout try his luck against Jr @ 160 tbh.
