I don't know but the drew meister keeps bringing up Pacquaio at his peak selling more than Canelo now. He's doing it in every thread.

 

I'm LMAO that someone put Clotty's name and fan base/draw in the same sentence. Only die hard boxing fan knows that name.

 

Drewy was talking about Pac's fight with clottey selling more at his peak than what Canelo is doing now.. he should have brought up the Pac-diaz numbers for a better comparison.

 

You can say that. Canelo has been involved in the biggest ppv events in the last two years not involving Pac/FLoyd. The fact that he is doing similar numbers with a relatively unknown(Smith) as Floyd and Pac did vs the likes of better known Berto, Algieri and Bradley.

Can you name a bigger "ppv star" than Canelo right now?
