Canelo vs the other 168 lb champs?

I think Smith would smash him. Can’t see that fight happening. Incredibly risky for little reward.

 

Those are pick-em fights for me but I would give Canelo the slight edge based on his recent performances.

Uzcategui loses to Canelo. IMO Jacobs and Smith have the best chance of beating Canelo. Still undecided on Charlo.

 

Zurdo hasn’t got the tank to stop or knock out Canelo and very unlikely to get a decision. Not sure what I think of Benavidez, still looks very raw to me - I think Canelo would have too much experience. Overall though, Canelo vs the 168 champions apart from smith are close fights.

 

Would pick him against most at 168 but I’m 99% sure he loses to Smith

Smith is a fellow elite fighter, with a massive size advantage. Smith even looks too big for other natural super middleweights at times

 

Maybe I am overrating Benavidez but I think that guy has superstar written all over him.

 

Has loads to prove.

 

Well, yeah, he is 21 but his hand speed coupled with good power and the ability to take a punch all points in the right direction. I can't get over how fast his hands are for a guy his size. The way he took out Porky was eye-catching.

 

I'm not wanting to get too excited yet, but yeah. He might be the real thing.
