Canelo wasted his Floyd shot by trying to box Floyd, he needed to Brawl/Fight ..

I just think it was the wrong gameplan from Canelo's camp of trying to out box Floyd, Canelo would of made the fight closer if he tried to really push Floyd back and went to war with him.

When will people realize that canelo can't fight like that against pbf? Canelo isn't a pressure fighter he's a boxer puncher that loves to load up and punch in combination that also looks to counter. Canelo can't do that to pbf because pbf isn't there to be hit and has a speed as well as reflex advantage. At times canelo tried throwing combos at pbf but he hit nothing of note. Pbf had canelo thinking in there he didn't have to think against a plodder in angulo just went to work. There's levels to this **** man and pbf operates at the highest.:deal

Hatton is 10x the pressure fighter Canelo is and look wha happened to him, face to the damn turnbuckle. Mayweather is far too crafty and skilled.

Yup. You can't outbox Floyd. You have to rough him up any way you can. I hope maidana will do this as we may see a good fight.

Totally agree. I was incredibly disappointed with his performance. I think on the biggest night of his life the kid got stage fright and was afraid to take any risks. He should have said to himself: I can't beat him on his own terms, but I have everything he doesn't have: youth, aggression, size. I can't outbox this guy, but I can beat him.

Guys getting me wrong here, I didn't say by pressing more Canelo would of won the fight, the point I am making I feel he would of made it a closer fight with more success, he gave Floyd too much time and respect.

Yep I agree with you here, deffo, after a few rounds Canelo should of switched up his gameplan and went in on Floyd.
