personally, and i hate to say it, i think Canelo is going to win legitimately this time. Hope with every fibre of my being that i'm wrong and i get to see Canelo sprawled across the canvas with GGG looking down at him, but i just feel Canelo is going to take this

Clenelo isn’t doing to magically get better. Why people think he’s going to is beyond me.

he doesn't have to "magically" get better, he's good enough already, and GGG has been slipping for 2 years or so now

He’s gonna have to get better cause he definitely lost the first fight and I didn’t think it was close. I don’t care what those idiot judges thought.

the problem is GGG is a bigger man and Canelo who is the better fighter by far, is just not big enough.

I think Canelo will win too. Fact is I thought the first fight was close and Canelo looks leaner if he can just simply be a bit more active and clinch a little more to conserve energy he should be able to win a close decision.

Golovkin struggled with a lot of what Canelo was doing, he couldn't hit the body in fact gave up on it and was being countered a lot and was even backed up at times. Golovkin simply out worked Canelo the last time and if Canelo is more active that won't work this time around. I have doubts that GGG can make the necessary adaptions to be more effective, he hasn't shown he can adapt or shown that he is a versatile fighter to date.

I hope I'm wrong and Golovkin does something different but I suspect he'll just try and be more aggressive.

Thing is, people are seeing a decline in GGG's career now, he's lost a step in speed, Canelo for all the bull that's spoke about him is still a fantastic fighter and in his prime. As a GGG fan I want him to obviously win, but I think he might've slowed even more come rematch or lost a step further, and this gives Canelo a chance if he boxes right. This fight wouldn't of been made 3/4 yrs ago for the reason Canelo would've had no chance though imo

Canelo will continue to do the same he did in the last 3 rounds of the first fight, that means he will win.

I think he can box and brawl, and brawl educated too. He can keep it on the outside with a lovely jab and switch mid range to land hammers. Again(im annoying myself repeating it) his speed is diminished, he seems to push shots too. I actually think his gas tank empties and he forces/wills himself on at times, in the last few of his fights this is, I notice his punches are lacking power from years ago down to tiredness. He's getting on for his style(pressure), I think him standing off more is him conserving energy, not so much what's in front of him and worried what's coming back. All signs of an ageing fighter, so yes I think Canelo has a good chance

He only did that because the end was near. No way he fights that way the whole fight. Pay attention to how tired he was from rd 5 onwards. His coach constantly reminded him how it’s almost over, just a little more left.

Unless he’s acquired a better gas tank, he won’t perform in any other way - fight in spurs in attempt to look good.
