Canelo would deliver a grand whooping on him, too slick too fast, will be lights outs for the red flag. There’s levels to this game, and Benavidez is not on Canelo’s level, how can he be ducking him lol

I agree. Benavidez doesnt possess the style or brains to beat Canelo.

How can he be ducking him is your question? DB is the other belt holder in the division and has been calling Canelo out for several years. The better question is, why doesn't Canelo fight the guy? Especially, as you say, DB is an easy touch.

You'd have said the EXACT same thing pre-Tyson v Douglas. Same thing pre-Forrest v Mayorga.

If Benavidez was not a threat as you claim, this would be much simpler to me made, or Have been made already. Your wannabe ‘hot-take’ hyperbole has no place in these discussions.

If that were true Canelo would fight him in a heartbeat for the big $$$$$$$$$$$$ but instead he ducks him BLATANTLY!! proving that he knows full well that Benavidez is capable of ending the Ginger Fraud's career
Bivol has already exposed him as a fraud

    More money
But yes he is ducking on the fan level
On the multi millionaire athlete level he just wants
the reward to match the risk from PBC
Which is why he parted ways.
(The PBC can’t pay the E$cro)

Too bad Clenelo will never get in the ring with Benavides and prove it.

You're probably right. Benavidez is open for counters. But has size, strength and punch output going for him. That's why you got play it out.

I thought this aswell a few years back, but Canelos head movement seems to be declining. He'll be a sitting duck for Benavidez' combinations

Any idea what Canelo would get paid to fight Berlanga or Mungia as opposed to what he WANTS to face Benavidez?
