If Alvares were to fight Miguel Cotto and not only beat him but knock him out would you consider him the number two ranked light middle weight behind Floyd Mayweather Jr? And if so would he have a good chance against Mayweather?
I think he'd get a ton of credit because I don't think many think he can do it. He'd be taken serious by most.
