Lopez was never elite and Baldomir was done and way above his best weight Im not necessarily hating on Trout I just don't find him elite and I think Lara proved it. Trout hasn't really impressed me in a while though he did beat Cotto a fight that seems to be forgotten
Wasn't implying that either were elite I just think there are kinda in the same company as Ishe smith. And I agree with your views on Trout.
Because he was 22 years old in that fight. You can tell nowadays he's more comfortable in his own style. He understands his strengths and weaknesses and knows his limitations. He's also a stronger more physical fighter now than he was 3 years ago. He's in his prime now.
