    Different circumstances altogether.

GG said he'd go to JMW for a huge fight, obviously meaning against Floyd.

That's completely different to dropping weight to fight the lineal MW champ at a CW.

You can't have a unification fight at a CW.

    Canelo's a joke.

If the division's too big for him, let him f*ck off back to JMW.

GGG wants the middle weight title that little coward is holding but has never fought at because everybody there is too big and scary. Little yellow just has to give up the belt and nobody will be asking him to defend against scary GGG. I swear he's turning into the next Floyd. I thought we were rid of the biggest ****t stain on boxing and now we have another.

Canelo has a right to demand a fight at 155 with GGG but it can't be for the 160lb title.

Im not defending Kanelo here , but a fight with him and GGG would
    be a huge fight.

Canelo accepted a two pound CW for Mayweather in a 154 unification fight. You do whatever it takes to to upgrade yourself from the B side to the A side.

Its on GGG to accept and rip the title out of his hands. I have no sympathy for him , especially after calling out Mayweather , Manny and Bradley:tired

Well, I think it has been clearly established that Canelo is the Lineal 155 pound champion of the world.

What should we call this new weight division? Just make sure "Middleweight" is nowhere in the name or description. He's clearly not a middleweight, according to Canelo.

I'm amazed people are making excuses for Canelo here. He's totally ruining his reputation with any sane follower of the sport. Having seen him force through fights that were seen a potentially difficult match ups for him in the past, Trout, Lara etc. I would never have believed he would have lost his bottle at 160 pre the Cotto fight but that's exactly what he's done.

I'm not sure Canelo-Golovkin is a super fight. It's not 50/50. The masses have GGG KOing Canelo. Canelo misses out on that pay day, too. Just like without Pac, Fluid doesn't make that mega pay day.

I don't necessarily agree with the CW for a Title but I see the two sides of the argument, yea it's unification fight for basically the Undisputed MW it SHOULD be at 160.

on the other hand GGG made his name really off all the 154-68 talk, it was only when fighters started calling him on it did he try to switch it to only fighting 40 yr olds at 54/68.

As far as Canelo the only reason he' been at 155 is because he didn't have a title shot at 154, a non title fight 1lb or .5lb above the limit as in the Kirkland fight has NEVER been a big deal. fought at 55 for the Title because of Cotto, was rumored to be fighting for a JMW Title vs Smith, before settling on a big money fight vs Khan.

As much as people whine about it JMW fighting a WW is nothing new, GGG is really the only MW even talking about Alvarez but he's talked himself into it.

He has his big fight in front of him he can either take it like others before him or keep fighting bums it's really that simple, people can try to pin it on Alvarez or Cotto but GGG is mando the only reason he has yet to fight for the Title is because he keeps side stepping and for what to stay on a bum of the month tour?

Imagine if Man United in fotball had to play Man City and they'd be like, meh, we don't want to... Either you remove 2 players from their team or we're going to play somebody else like Newcastle..

Golovkin should drop to 155 and bring the belt back to 160 by destroying the ginger. So sick of him.
