Canelo is FAR from finished and at the end of the day, wether you are or not it was the smart move on canelos part. IF canelo had been fighting at the 160 limit the last couple years this wouls look a lot worse.

What are you not grasping ? A 25 year old canelo fighting ggg is a bad career move. What do people talk about more, srl coming out of retirement to fight and very controversially "beat" hagler or do you guys talk about the decade + that srl kept telling hagler NO WAY ?

Time heals all wounds, and because it was ggg he will get a pass on this one. In time, fairly quickly, like while he's still active fighting

In this case it is. It saves cinnamon's life, and keeps GGG from being labeled a killer or being haunted from the memory of killing a man in the ring.

Hopkins moved down and up in weight multimple times in his career chasing greatness and he found it. GGG as talented as he is seems to lack what it takes to become great.

Probably the fight between Hearns and Leonard. How old were they in that fight again? 24 and 25?

I am loving the flood of twitter hate from Latino names. I've looked at canelo's twitter and aside from some girl named jasmine, who I suspect posts as IsaL on this forum, no one took Canelo's side.

The thing is Floyd wanted to fight Liston, but Cus didn't. Cus knew what was going happen. Floyd manned up and took the fight anyway. Props to Floyd.
