Canelo is a coward, as Cotto was.

Time to drop the belt and move on.

Yeah ok, but why does Canelo hold onto said corrupt belts? Why does he not renounce the Lineal Middleweight Champoinship if it is corrupt? Why does Canelo insist on GGG cutting the five pounds? How does any of that serve this "honor" he suddenly holds dear?

If Canelo truly cares about "honor" he would defend the Lineal Middleweight Championship at 160, beat GGG and restore "honor" to those titles and baubles that were so grievously cheapened by Cotto and the corrupt sanctioning bodies.

By doing so he could set the example for the sport and maybe single-handedly reverse the tide of moral entropy infecting boxing. I mean if a mother****er wants to carry on in grandiose fashion and talk about "we Mexicans don't **** around", how about that?

Or in the end, does he needs those 5 pounds?

I'm not sure Canelo even understands what this is supposed to mean.

Let's put the belt aside and fight for the belt. Let's agree to disagree and agree.

Don't worry, this fight is going to happen and it will be the first time you see GGG in there with an actual opponent, not a carefully cherry picked bum.

I could be worried or the complete absence of worry in my post could be sincere.

The fight will happen, or it won't.

I agree, GGG will have an opponent, but not his first, he has been pro for some time with many fights against opponents.

Cherry picked bum is an abstract term used to describe the victories of a fighter you don't like, so I agree that is what you appear to have done.

Making 154 pound guys fight him at 155 is dangerous. The weight advantage is way to wide for him to keep doing this. Canelo relies on his power mostly. If it takes somebody getting seriously hurt to stop him its a disgrace. It almost happened last night. People say he has great boxing skills even though he cant cut he ring off and has no jab.

It appears that the WBC is forcing the fight, afterall, Golovkin is El Pollo's mandatory....................

Oscar wants the fight to be in Dallas, TX, with Alvarez' judges, Lawrence Cole (the worst ref in boxing) Oscar's boxing commission, etc. Looks like he is trying to pull a Ward trick on Golovkin, but will Sanchez fall for it?

"Canelo invited GGG into the ring, and he reiterated that their fight should not be for belts but for the fans."

Lol! this is so stupid. wt.f does this even mean? GGG wants to fight PERIOD! Wt.f does it matter why the fight happens? This sounds like Canelo is laying the ground work for an excuse when he gets stripped of the belt.

Guys like Shockmaster aren't going to give him any credit if he beats Canelo.

I think it's unfair to say that GG has been cherry-picking bums, especially as his main rivals don't seem to want to fight him.
