Shockmaster has already admitted that in another thread.

He said his response would be:

So they'll criticise him whatever he does.

The other hilarious thing, is that for the last 2 days, Shockmaster has been trying to convince everyone that he'd give GG credit if he beat Lara.

Canelo can BARELY make 155. It's so blatantly obvious.

Had it been Brook, Bradley, Vargas, Porter or even Guerrero in there last night, the 155 lb catch would have proven to be to Canelo's detriment since those WWs have the chin to carry to 155 without issue.

Someone like Vargas or Porter very well may have been considering their HBO PPV fight with GGG for August already. :think

We all knew no matter what Khan weighed, or however drained Canelo was, the final result would be chin failure on Khans part. :-(

 

I have to agree with you Loudon.

However, I can also see their point that GGG doesn't have any "elite" names on his resume. Not that it's his fault, because he was shamelessly ducked for years. Having a Canelo on there will certainly polish it up some.

 

Props to Khan for even taking the fight, it was a mismatch.

 

1. Fight must be at 160. End of. They are essentially fighting for the undisputed MW championship, and that needs to be at weight.

2. Split needs to be at least 60-40. GGG is a)interim wbc champ. b)universally acclaimed #1 at the MW c)Wba and Ibf champ

3) canelo can have everything else. His own corrupt judges, hell even the ref , he fights clean.

That's it.

 

It's gonna be a lot of hurt feelings when Alvarez ends up beating Golovkin.
