Just two fights and three months later he won a SD over none other than former IBF Lightweight champ and countryman Miguel Vazquez who was making his pro debut. Miguel Vazquez, who has been robbed as many times as Clenelo has received gifts from his judges or been given the rub of the green in close fights, fought Clenelo for his pro debut. That's Crazy! Vazquez still to this day is adamant that he beat Clen.

If I was an adult and got my ass kicked by a 15 year old I also wouldn't want to admit it.

Canelo was 15yo to that day, Vasquez 19.Close win over (couple years later) IBF champion Miguel Vasuez when you're 15yo is not a shame.
    P.S.GGG was robbed.

True but a robbery is a robbery and Miguel Vazquez who is a scholar and a gent feels he was robbed and I for one believe him and I know for a fact so do the good people of Mexico.

    GGG was indeed robbed.

Canelo was an unknown child, no fan base, and no one outside of the Reynosos knew what his potential could be, so while I agree that Miguel feels he bested Canelo, I don't see why they would rob him.

Also Vazquez never said he was robbed, he just said he felt he won. Most fighters feel that in close combats. Robbery has become a term to belittle fighters haters don't like.

The Golovkin-Canelo fight was as much a Robbery as the Golovkin-Derevyanchenko fight, the Morales-Barrera fight, and the De La Hoya-Quartey fights. Just close fights with many close rounds that can be scored in any way.

Yeah and calling a decision a robbery is like an extreme reaction to a match being close and you having a rooting interest in one of the fighters, and feeling wronged by the decision. Likening boxing decisions to being "robbed" is a little much in itself. It's not like the fighter had his wallet stolen on the street or something. Even if a fighter loses, he's still getting paid, so the whole crying robbery thing, while I get it's a way for people to complain, it's because something like a battle cry, like a wolf howling or something. But it's really just become like a dramatic and emotional way to say you saw it different. No need to be so dramatic with robbery this or robbery that, instead "it was hard to score, I thought the other guy won". Instead "noooooo . . . robbery . . . ahhhhhh" lmaol.
