Cannot believe all the Mitchell HatE!!!!!!!!

I have to agree.

Did you see Warren refuse to hug him after the SS interview? Man, he was pissed! Dont blame him either.

 

I only get on the Mitchell fans because on the front page, last week someone post about a Khan vs Mitchell fight, before they won or lost their upcoming fights.

 

The lesson here is that most boxing fans are pathetic, bitchy, women.

 

In boxing or any sport if you talk it you got to be able to walk it. If you then fail without showing any discernible resistance then you place yourself in the firing line for extreme criticism. In Mitchell's case he unfortunately added fuel to the flames by questioning some of his peers' abilities.

With this all said and done I think he's a potentially decent fighter who needs to employ more ring smarts - he tends to like to prove his toughness when under duress, which I've felt could be his undoing at european and world class levels and was his undoing this past weekend.

Oh and in my opinion this was his second loss; he was already soundly beaten by a light fisted highly skilled fighter called "Dappa" Napa a couple of years ago.

 

I don't think Mitchell has ever fought Nappa, mate.

They aren't even near the same weight division.

 

You all forget the 3rd special rule, if the winning fighter is disliked enough then the loss becomes a robbery and never really happened!

I actually picked Mitchell to win... I never thought much of katsidis,,, i still do not

 

It was a step up in class for Mitchell.

 

He was boo'ed as he beat Darren Sutherland in the Oylmpics and there was a lot of Irish in the crowd that night

He took the loss well but it was a shite performance.

He looked ****-scared before the opening bell. He never imposed himself on Kats at all. From what i hear he blamed his performance on too many late nights. What a joke of an excuse!!

You say he was never touted as world class. Thats bollocks! He was supposed to be Warren's great white hope, and was lined up for a world title shot in his next 2 fights.

Talk about post-fight revisionism...Mitchell should be ashamed of his performance.

It was the manner of the loss. The exposed comments, are usually when a boxer is beat quite easily. ( Like in this case)
