I have been massively critical of Floyd and some of the choices in fights.

But I was saying this is the fight we the fans wanted if we couldnt get the Pacquiao fight.

But that ship sailed and has hurt Floyds career.

This is for me the biggest test he has taken since 2007 when he fought Oscar.
So right now Im a happy Boxing fan and this will be the first PPV i get of Floyds since the Mosley fight.

People saying this will be a walk in the park for Floyd well some may be right but Im here to say its about time Floyd started listening to the fans.
It will be hard as 75% had Canelo beating Trout on the scorecards which Trout can Box and is pretty slick. He aint Floyd but for me Floyd is not Floyd compared to 3 years ago.
And just watching the Mayweather v Cotto fight and how Cotto had some good moments well I rate Canelo a bit better than Cotto at this very moment. He is young and powerful and big which will help against Floyd.

Im glad this fights on and so should everyone be and for now I will not be giving Floyd a hard time as he has FINALLY LISTENED TO THE FANS.

    Good Stuff Man:thumbsup,

Nobody should be giving Floyd **** right now my hats off to the man, all these post regarding the catch weight is a bunch of horse ****. you could argue the catch weight drain em down BS if it were to be at 150 or even 147.

To me the extra two pounds only ensures Alvarez comes in tip top form thats my take on it I dont see it draining him he is only 22 his body should be okay with the transition if you want to call it that.

People say Alvarez better get started now there is only 3 and a half months until the fight... well who is to say he hasnt been in the gym right away? I am sure GBP advised him to stay ready likely they have been working on this for a bit of time now.

Biggest fight of both guys career here, respect to both for making this happen, Alvarez is now entering his 2nd fight in a row against another undefeated world champion....

I have a feeling we may end up with a trilogy out of this and if so let me say this Floyd and Canelo are going to make a **** load of money together here.

Anyone that's giving Floyd **** for this fight clearly has an agenda and isn't a real boxing fan.
