I'm not sure about this. There's still a good chance prime Lyak would have been bombed out Wilder. Prime Lyak was also KOd by journeyman Maurice Harris.

Prime Maurice Harris was a inconsistent, but very skilled fighter who troubled some world class guys. Certainly more skilled than Wilder, that's for sure.... Certainly not a journeyman in his prime, he was more or less a fringe contender who was always in the mix. Also it's well known that he was the favorite sparring partner of Lennox in the late 90s, and early 2000s :good

Recently rewatched his 6 round war with Jefferson, what a classic!!!

Fringe contender or whatever, he pitted against a young undefeated and prime Lyak to lose. But he dug deep and won.

Something Wilder wouldn't have been able to do... Wilder is early KO or nothing. That can only take you so far in boxing. Wilder is one dimensional, Maurice Harris was very skilled but inconsistent.

Nobody is denying his power, it's clear that he has natural ability. But after 6 years and 32 fight he is still very raw. He has made improvements but not enough, he is still a very flawed fighter from a technical stand point, he has glaring weaknesses in his game.

If Stiverne doesn't beat him someone else will, I can't see how he can have long term success without some major improvements.

All the more reason to believe that the ko of Malik Scott was real. Wilder's power is freakish.

Yeah, and his fight with Briggs was good too. Tough luck, he should of played it safe that last round, but that's part of the reason why he was so entertaining.

Wilder is a walking glass jaw on a pair of noodle thin legs.

Beyonce Wilder will be in trouble once he's hit Stiverne with his best
shots and Stiverne is still there... Then the Possum Stiverne will start
firing shots back and Wilders fragile chin will shatter...

    :yep

    Game Over...

Another Hype-Job Bites the Dust!!!

    :rasta

Tommy Morrison was 26-0 most by Brutal Knock Outs....

seemed his power would bale him out of any situation...

then they threw him in with Ray Mercer!!! :hey

Mercer refused to lay down, took lots of power shots, he played Possum...

soon as he seen Morrison had shot his wad, he unloaded bombs...

Stiverne will brutally destroy Beyonce Wilder :smoke

    Wait and see!! :hey
