I've just turned 16 and I weigh like 150 pounds. Which I don't like, I'd like to be 155 or so. Last year at this time I was 148 pounds, and as of a few months ago, I was between 155 and 158. Now, it seems no matter what I do; eat a lot, drink a lot of water, it doesn't do **** all to my body. Nothing. any tips I can use for gaining?
weight training, and a lot of protein, and carbs...But your 16 and you grow now...i wouldnt worry about that...you will put on some weight my friend. Keep training,eating...so simple.
I hate having a metabolism. I gain weight when not training, and when training am in good shape. But when you CAN'T train, you get pudgy.
Drink alot of water???? Water does nothing for weight gaining. Drink milk, milk shakes whatever. Corned beef hash is great, rice, noodles, bananas, all of these are cheap food that packs on pounds easily. And most importantly try to eat around 6 meals a day as your goal.
Are you a boxer? If so I wouldnt worry about gaining weight. Stay at a comfortable weight and work on your skills.

You need to eat more. I used to have that problem, I just made a habit of pretty much eating all the time. You can still eat healthy, you just need to eat a lot more calories. (And I ate ice cream at least once a day.)
ur only 16...u will be good...belive me...ur gonna keep gettin bigger and bigger just by u growing into more of a man body every day
to be fair you should be as light as possible or to a wieght for when you train get down to easily. whats your hieght that would help. if your tall might as well make the most of it if your small then fair dues but i would go a bit heavier a small man in a big mans world can be useful
