You are going to naturally get bigger as you go from teenager to adult, so it makes sense that you can't make the same weight as two years ago.

Are you really lean or do you have some fat on you?

Yeah so you've just naturally gotten bigger as your body developes. You're not going to get back to your old weight unless you lose a bunch of muscle which isn't what you want to do.

Psycological. Forget about weight. Know your body and listen to it first. Box at the weight that your body feels comfortable at.

If you have little body fat then you must be near fighting weight.....however if you feel heavy then you may be too muscle bound and need to trim trim up by running more if you don't anyway and cutting down on carbs/sugar/milk from your diet. I have found this the biggest help especially cutting out sugar. If you are bulky with muscle concentrate on body weight exercises instead to promotoe lean muscle growth. You will lose a bit of strength but may get quicker and definately improve your stamina

This can be very dangerous however... one only has to look at what happened to Roy Jones to see this. Can't say for definite that this will be the case as I don't know the fighter, but it is only right to raise awareness about the potential pitfalls of trying to manipulate ones bodyweight too much.
