What a joke. I finish work at 8 so I wanted to order the event, record it, and then watch it maybe around midnight. Tried to ring up to order and they said you can't record it. Lame.

I didn't know that. I suppose you could get someone to pause it as soon as it starts.

if you order it over the phone it cant be recorded...otherwise go on to boxoffice and instead of hitting select, hit the record button on the event and this will buy it and record it for you

You can only record Box Office shows if you order through your skybox. I have same problem because my box isnt conected to the phone line

I'm recording mine, but if you got to the box office button you can only record the repeat versions strangely, I went through the Movies to find the live event and ordered/recorded it from there

i bought a long phone line yesterday specifically so i could connect it when i wanted to order box office events. the only way you can use sky + i think.

i'm likely to miss some of the first couple of hours as i won't be able to get my kids into bed before 8pm...although i'm slowly getting my boy into boxing he still prefers power rangers for some reason :nut

Just tell someone at home to put it on at 6, then you can just rewind it.

it will only rewind for so long tho, about an hour or 2, pausing it is an idea but u would have to wrap the remote up in cotton wool and put it in a safe until ur ready to press play

Sadly I've decided not to order this. I was begrudgingly on board until Barker pulled out but isn't this a PPV card with no PPV quality fights on it? There isn't even any World title fights, not even Warren Boxing Organisation!

Warren has put three decent Saturday Fight Night cards on to one bill and tried to charge through the nose for it.

I'd like to see Cleverly and Brook but not at £7.50 a pop.

If you record boxoffice events does it just put the event in planner once its finished or do you need to leave on correct channel and record?
