at night, it's probably not the best idea to be working out like it has already been said because that will just wake u up more. try working out a few hours before u want to go to sleep!!!! then hopefully it will make u tired. if all fails, read a book! lol that's likely to put u to sleep!! talk to a friend until u get tired or just play a video game or something. neways to answer ur question though: push ups, sit ups, calf raises, and squats. don't do a lot of reps or else u will be breathing hard and that might wake up ur parents lol p.s. sleep is a necessity so quit acting paranoid!
