Cant stand all this friendship in boxing today

So you're argument is that boxers should ***** and whine after they lose,like gays who have been refused entry to their favorite night spot...

Boxers have more in common with each other, and understand and respect each other, much more than keyboard warriors do. They know the sacrifice the other guy makes, the hard training, etc. They see each others' fights and see things they admire because they understand.

They also often get to know each other through the amateur ranks or by stopping at different gyms when they are on the road.

It's a sport in the final analysis. Most of the time the name-calling and calling out is pure hype, not real at all, just something to try to get someone to buy a ticket. I'd rather the real deal than some made up thing to try to make me think they hate each other when they really don't.

 

TS must not be a big fan of Alexis Arguello.

 

I somewhat agree. I don't want that friendly bff **** after the fight if both guys were talking heavy **** before that. If you're a class act like Arguello then I appreciate that.

Pretty much I want fighters to show true colors before and after the fight.
I don't want to be sold a fight with fake tough guy theatrics.
Sell me your next fight with the actual performance or REAL animosity.

 

Thing about Rosado/Love was different, they actually hated eachother before the fight then they went to war and then they respected eachother because each man held their own, i dont mind that
