Why are Brock and Byrd in the running to fight Wladdy again? Will Brock do any better a year or so after his beating? Will Byrd get it right the third time around? Will this help Wlad's legacy? Does anyone want to see it? Is there any money to be made here? Who will be held accountable it one of these obviously overmatched fighters is hurt? Wouldn't it be better to let Brock develope?

And the most important question: what it the biggest cluster f---, this or the WBC situation?

It's an excuse to put old contenders vs new fish to make some interesting matchups, good money for both parts, and to stop people bitching about who gets a title shot.
    Fair play, really!

It is a Wlad-IBF hustle.Wlad gets to take a couple of VOLUNTARY defenses with the IBF's blessing(while collecting a nice sanction fee) then really cashs in for the grand finale.

It is similar to when Tyson boxed Mike spinks, The undercard had Ruddock facing Reggie Gross (a man Mike hammered in minutes..) and Trevor Berbick v Carl Williams for the right to fight for the IBF title.. Mike demolished Berbick to originally make history and become the youngest heavy champ since Floyd Patterson. Thankfully Ruddock and Williams were victorious,

In the end Mike disposed of Carl in 97 seconds.. and Battered Ruddock in a better fight that was rematched a year later..

ABC were ruining boxing back then and they still dictate today..

But when all said and done.. We all deep down know who the real champ is.

In this day and age celebrity status (or rather being a familiar name) is worth a great deal more than being deserving.
