Can't we just give credit to both fighters?

GGG was "exposed" because the number one guy in the division fought the number two guy and won by probably 2-3 rounds. In some strange world that equals exposed.

I've never seen the fight but from what I'm gauging on here GGG is now a bum because he didn't win by knockout.

It could have gone either way but it wasnt a robbery.Thats for sure! I guess a draw would have been fair and the best outcome of their exciting and interesting fight.

That is what some guys on here do, after every fight they claim that somebody was "exposed" I guess whoever claims it first is the bigger expert. Never mind that it was a great fight with solid performances by both fighters that the crowd loved, somebody must be "exposed":yikes:

    Boxing fans... we're just... awful.

    (no sarcasm)

I almost always root for the big name with the big fan base and the ranking that doesn't vibe with the resume to lose. So it'd be weird if I didn't want Golovkin to struggle. His fans are the worst. We've heard for years how Golovkin is on the level to, better than, or would defeat middleweight legends like Hagler, Hopkins, and Monzon. We've heard for years now about Golovkin being a legend in the sport. Sorry to crush dreams, well actually I'm not, Daniel Jacobs did that.

He's fought two top 5 fighters ever. Lemieux and Jacobs. Jacobs is his best opponent. Had his worst performance and many/most scored it against him. Golovkin vs. Hagler???

See, most of the negative talk isn't about Golovkin. It's about his awful fanboys.

Yeah I don't see how that makes any sense either.
Once again, That whiteboy will always be hated on and that's the truth and if you notice its the typical posters on here that despise Triple G are the ones that have him losing this fight.

I refuse to hate Gennady Golovkin , There's just no reason for me to bash the guy . He iz one of the Best P4P fighters in the world today and Ive already accepted that a long time ago.

Unfortunately there are a lot of people who hate because they get some weird satisfaction for doing so, false believe and so on.

Golovkin got good win against #2 MW. He didn´t dominate like he has used to do. Maybe it was because Jacobs raised his game or he has been underrated. Maybe the size factor played a role (He definetely walked to the ring as heavy as 180-185 pounds). Or maybe Golovkin had a off night, or he is getting old (which is sad if true).

Anyway, he got the win and his journey to win all the belts continues. Those who have to look something negative about yesterday have to think about those talks after DLH vs. Mayweather, Mayweather vs. Castillo, Mayweather vs. Maidana etc. and how they reacted to it. The thing is, every fighter has bad nights, have problems with different styles at the highest level and especially against opponents who out-weight you 10-15 pounds at the fight night.

Good win for Golovkin, good fight for both guys. Jacobs looked so big that he probably moves to 168 pretty soon (which is pity because he has good future at 160 if he can make the weight)
