Well fought Blake Caparello. Bolling had no answers.

Chernous V Heremaia was a tough entertaining fight.
Thought Samantha Bulner got it just about right at 79-74
Don't know what fight the other two judges watched at 77-77 and 77-76.
An MD would have been a joke.

Another good result for Caparello, and hey, going out on a limb and getting things completely wrong is hardly new ground for you Ash.

i agree i know the judges sit in different sides of the ring
but the discrepancies of those cards is ridiculous.the right guy got the nod though.

UD 8 (Bolling down in round 1)

    referee: Malcolm Bulner

    judge: Samantha Bulner 76-75

    judge: Tony Marretta 80-71

    judge: Anthony Hibbs 77-74

One and all, let me preface - I HAVE NOT SEEN THE FIGHT and will only be getting my first chance to watch tonight (courtesy of Foxtel IQ!)

My question - WTF is with the judges scorecards I have just read on BoxRec?

I appreciate a Bolling knockdown in Rd1, hence 10-8 to Caparello, but then the cards are so far removed it's ridiculous. Was the fight close as some of the comments on here seem like it was an easy win to Caparello, hence how come some of the cards are then so close? :huh

Please enlighten me to the fight my Aussie ESB friends.

Regardless, I'm disapointed as I was a big Michael Bolling fan. I ****ing said before going to South Africa that was a stupid move and now he's got back-to-back losses against his name. Defitnitely some re-building there needing to happen.

    Last nights card was great.
Caperello look very entertaining, very fit and totally confident.
I reall enjoyed Tillman v Kirby. Even toe to toe stoush. If I'd been drunk watching this it could have been mistaken for 2 fat bitches from Australias biggest loser having a wet pillow fight in slow motion. I did enjoy it though. Tillman as outa shape as he is brings a solid chin and big heart into the ring.

I think Bolling was a victim of his own success....everyone thought he was a killer after he knocked over Oganov...but the fact was that Oganov was ripe for the picking...he'd plateaued a couple of years before that...and it won't be the last time he (Bolling)loses if he continues to fight face first like that.

Although Capperello needs to keep his hands up abit more I thought he looked great...for a virtual novice...I can't wait to see him after 20 odd fights.

Light heavy isn't for mik bolling, his punching power seemed to be inafective, super middle is more his weightclass,in saying that caparillo did some outstanding boxing and won the fight convincingly, well done to his team, bright future ahead of him.
